Up for bid is a 1956 Buick Special 2 door sedan. It is in very good condition. Car is frequently driven. The transmission is a manual 3 speed on the column. It is all original except for the distributor and fuel pump. The car is currently registered and insured. Solid floor pans and trunk. The only rot is on the inside of the hood on the passenger side in the front. I know of no bondo on the car.
There are many new parts which are as follows:
New radiator.
New voltage regulator.
New horn relay.
New hoses.
New belts.
Rebuilt carb.
Rebuilt starter.
New wheel cylinders.
Cut drums.
New rubber brake lines.
New brake shoes.
New gas tank.
New windshield and rubber.
New door glass.
New carpet.
New rear shocks.
Included with car is a four barrel manifold, brake drums, and another nailhead motor and transmission. I have a 55 parts car that is not included in this deal but you are welcome to take any parts off of it that you want. My original intension was to paint the light grey sections white and the darker section a navy blue. This a car that you can drive to car shows but there are still some things that need to be done to make the car your own.
