Vehicle description
1955. . a great year for cars! Also The year I was born. . .
A month after I was born In December of 1955 there was a Typhoon that hit the United States. They called it Alice. . . In the ‘50’s/‘60’s Hot Rods were given names. .
NO RESERVE! Introducing “Typhoon Alice”
This is My ‘55 Ford Courier Sedan Delivery.
Been working on it since the first of the year. It’s like an Old School Hotrod.
Previous owners installed an AMC 343 Typhoon V8 in her with a Torqueflight 727 Automatic with Dana 60 4.11 gears. They also did a Black Krinkle Paint Job on her. (Her body isn’t perfect it’s not a show car, right rear quarter could use TLC but is a great looking old school hot rod)
I added a few touches of my own. . . MARKEE Trading Company graphics. A small bit of accent pin stripping. Chevy Silverado Buckets with inter-grated Seat Belts. 343 emblems. Typhoon 343 Air cleaner sticker. Fuzzy Dice / Smokey the Bear Wolf Whistle Custom 13” Steering Wheel New Car Cover. And of course I had to have a Vintage Coca-Cola cooler. I think it’s time to move onto my next project.
“Typhoon Alice” Runs Great. Been a reliable strong running old hot rod. Starts Drives and Stops!
I hate to see her go, but I hope someone will buy her love her as much as I do.
The inside bottom rear door is only visible rust that I can is see. Clear Oregon Title.
Sold as is where is. . as shown in pictures. No Guarantees - No Returns. Please view pictures and feel free to ask questions.
