Up for auction is a 1954 Special Equipment XK120 Open Two Seater Roadster. This is a matching number car with the exception of the upgraded close ratio gearbox. The car retains its original data plate and body tag. This is a complete restoration project with some of the major work already complete. The engine, gearbox, rear axle and front brake assemblies are completely reconditioned and ready for install. This auction includes a new reproduction chassis as the foundation for an incredible car. Also included are the necessary repair panels (New Bulkhead Assembly, Doors, Sills, Front Wing Repair Section and Marker Lights). I am in the process of obtaining the Jaguar Heritage Certificate so will refrain from listing the VIN, Engine, Chassis and Body number to protect the identity of the car. This car is listed for sale locally and I reserve the right to end it without notice should it sell locally. This car needs a full restoration and is being sold as is with no warranty expressed or written. Please examine the photos and ask question before bidding.
