I am listing an extra clean, straight and solid 1952 Chevy 3100 short box for a friend. This is an older restoration. The truck has its original solid rust free cab corners, the floors are solid, the original fenders, running boards, doors, and hood are solid and straight. The motor starts on the first turns and runs and idles perfect. All the cylinders fire the same, no smoke, or lifter noise, or over heating issues. The steering has no excessive play, all the steering components are tight. The brakes stop excellent, no pulling form one side to the other. The cooker classic tires look like new tread, no weather cracks. The clutch is in excellent working order, no slipping, or clutch chatter issues. The trans. is quiet and the shifter is tight and shifts smooth through the gears. All the gauges work including to speedo and gas gauge. The turn lights work, the brake and tail lights and dash lights and the bright and dim headlights work. The wipers work, but a little slow on a dry windshield. All the glass is clear and free of cracks, no foggy edges, or stone chips. The truck does have lap belts installed. This truck is road worthy and very dependable, the heat and defrost works great. The doors close tight, no worn out hinges. The windows go down and up easy. The truck is not being represented as a show truck although it is very presentable just as it is even with it"s with faded paint.
