1950 Oldsmobile Convertible, Rare Car, Nice! Runs great. Looks great also. Paint was striped to bare metal and repainted, stainless polished, plus bumpers and grill re-plated. However, It is not a concourse restoration, just a super nice driver. Some areas of the rear floor have been patched. Windshield and rubber seal replaced. Convertible top replaced. Seats appear to be original but in good condition; carpet has been replaced. I have owned the car since July of 2003 and have always kept it in a heated garage. The title is clear with no leans and is in my name; no games with open titles, I don"t go for that! Some of the chrome trim has been removed so it has the look of a "50s custom but I have all of the trim which goes with the car. I also have a reproduction shop manual that goes with the sale as well as numerous receipts. The car is located in Central Indiana and I welcome inspection of the car. Everything on the car works (Lights, turn signals, power top, etc.) except the clock, radio, and horn. 95% of the wiring on the car was replaced with an original wire harness from Rhode Island Wiring but perhaps the wires for those accessories weren"t included. At any rate, they aren"t hooked up. This car is for sale in the United States only so if you are a foreign buyer, you will have to arrange for a U.S. agent to handle all of the arrangements, No Exceptions!
