Vehicle description
This is a fun little rig to drive and gets attention from everyone old to young.
It has a 235 straight 6 with 4spd manual on the floor. Tilt steering, front disc and rear manual brakes, power steering, independent front suspension, split twin straight exhaust, rear mounted fuel cell under bed, new clutch and aluminum radiator with electric cooling fan.
It"s old school carbeurator and points ignition. The carb or fuel pump leaks off when sitting for a while and it takes several cranks to fire when it hasn"t been drove in a while. We seldom drive it and have probably put 100 miles a year on it for the last 3 years and it"s time to let it go.
The body was mounted on a Plymouth chassis. The top of cab was cut off and a canvas top was added that takes 2 minutes to put up or down. No emergency brake, no door glass, no heat/air. Inner driver door is missing door handle- I always reach out and open it from outside.Body has no rust but the body work is not the best and it"s cracking in places.mileage unknown
Overall just a cool little rig that is fun to own and drive without worrying about rock chips or getting scratched.
