1950 Buick Special or Super It was sold to me as a Special but since I started listing it some people have said that they believe it’s a “Super”.
Either way this is a well running vehicle that is a project I just don’t have the time to finish because of the other projects I have. The brakes have been converted from drum to disc. It has been converted from 6 V to 12 V The interior has been left all original and just needs to be finished. The body has been shaved and it is been pre-wired to have door remote opener which are included just not installed. The hood still needs to be finished and painted the whole thing has been painted flat black for the time being but I would suggest going over another time. The motor has been gone through and cleaned up and sounds great It currently has Lake Pipes made for it but only one is installed. I do have the second one already fabricated. There are some extras that we’ve done to it like adding a fuel pump switch but using the original pushbutton start and having a hidden trick that you turn the knob to start it also so that no one could steal it. It has a clean title and is registered in California through January of this year
This is a fun project for someone to finish up and have a great ride.
