Chevrolet Other Pickups . Condition is Used. Well preserved 1.5 ton, short wheel base flatbed with hoist. Runs good, driven regularly in parades and trips to the landfill. Current title and registration in hand. Brakes completely rebuilt along with new king pins about 1500 miles ago. Hoist work well and is the original "Gar Wood" hoist. Everything is original except for the seat cover and headliner, both were replaced with new material. I never got around to upgrading to a 12 volt system, it is still 6 volt with a new battery. The engine runs great, starts easy but does need some TLC. It Leaks oil and the water pump needs to be replaced, it recently started leaking water. Everything else is typical for a 71 year old vehicle. The rubber around the windows and doors is dried and cracked. The drivers side door rattles. It has been in dry California for the last 17 years, before that it was on the same farm in North Dakota for it"s whole life. I believe that the 57,000 miles on the odometer are original.
