UP FOR AUCTION 1949 CHEVY PICKUP 1/2 TON SHORT BOX. complete truck no tailgate. this truck was hot rodded with a 235ci engine from a 1953 bel air, transmission is a Muncie 4 speed out of a 1968 corvette, rear end is out of a 1955 bel air and has 4:10 gears. Verry cool old truck. engine is stuck and needs total restoration. Frame is straight and nice. this was the original listing when I bought this truck a few years ago. I do have a clear Illinois title. I have a pair ao solid doors and pair of rear fenders that are in decent shape.
