Vehicle description
1949 Chevy Fleetline Streetrod Custom. All the hard work has been completed. 2" roof chop. 1985 Chevy Corvette 350 engine. 700R4 transmission. Transmission was fully rebuilt in June 2020, many upgraded parts, and new lock up torque converter. New mini starter. New alternator. Mustang II front end with disc brakes and manual rack and pinion. 10 bolt Chevy rearend with drum brakes. New wheel cylinders, calipers, master cylinder, brake booster, proportioning valve. E-Stopp electric emergency brake. New Cooper Cobra tires. New battery. New tachometer. Dash gauges all work including speedo. Shaved door handles. 2" roof chop. Ron Francis wiring harness and fuse block. Aluminum radiator. Stainless gas tank. Body was off the chassis and chassis has been painted. Car run and drives but has been mostly disassembled for body work. Headlights were frenched. Catseye LED taillights recessed into body. All holes for trim have been welded up. Body is solid. Floor is solid. All body metalwork is complete. Just started sanding old primer down to bare metal. Last week bought PPG epoxy primer and High Build primers which will go with car. Never opened. Some minor mudding will be necessary I"m sure. Have all glass, bumpers, trim (but no plans to use it), inside window trim. Sidepipes. No interior. Mileage is unknown. Videos below: No mufflers or sidepipes on car now so exhaust sounds funky.
