Vehicle description
1939 Ford Coupe
You are viewing a nice solid Ford coupe that is sorted out and fun to drive. Needs nothing. The build was finished in 2005 or so. Runs and drives excellent and is a great road car. Only 6,800 miles driven since finished. Please read on for more particulars of the car:
Body/Paint: All steel body with left front fender also steel. Other three fenders are fiberglass. The body is in very good condition with PPG base/clear dark purple metallic with very cool indigo ghost style flames. A few small chip repairs, but overall shows very well. Interior: The interior is super clean and comfortable with a large storage area behind the original seat. White vinyl with grey cloth inserts that shows nice in like new condition. Auto Meter gauge package with VDO tach. Tilt polished column, awesome stereo/CD player. Very nice sounding system. AC that blows cold. Power steering and power brakes. Battery cut off. Trunk is finished and has lots of room. Running Gear: 350 approx 300 horse or so with Edelbrock aluminum intake, AFB carb, electric puller fan, dress up bright work, TH350 automatic with shift kit, Chevy 10 inch inch with hiway gears, non posi. Aluminum radiator. Suspension: Dropped straight axle. Rear end spring with stock frame. No rust with the frame and running boards in excellent condition. Great stance to the car and sits very traditional. Bright work: Restored in very good condition with nice chrome bumpers. Glass: Tinted replaced with butted windshield. Exhaust: Dueled 2 ¼ inch pipes with glass pack mufflers. Has a nice street cam rumble. Brakes: Power front disc brakes with drum rear. Wheels/Tires: Knock off Halibrand polished aluminum wheels. Hankook tires are radials with low miles with lots of rubber. 195/65 15 front and 215/70 15 rear. Summary: This is a very nice traditional Street Rod build and is in very good condition. The car will be excellent for a higher end driver built to be driven. Always maintained, cared for and keep in heated garage. I have over 100 pictures of the car so please contact me and provide your email address if you would like additional pictures. Reasonable price so why build when you can enjoy today. Great value and a quality car for the money. Disclaimer: The car is for sale locally. The owner has the right to cancel the listing at any time for any reason. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied with the car being sold in "AS IS" condition.
Feel free to call me to discuss the particulars.
