Vehicle description
For sale here I have a solid original 1935 Ford 1 ton truck with clear current KS title that matches the serial number stamped in the frame. The truck was orignally green and has one repaint decades ago. No filler was used when it was repainted but it does have some welding done to repair cracks in the wheel arch on both front fenders. The grille on the truck is in excellent condition with very straight bars and no rot. The headlights are nice and solid as well. The truck has its original flathead V8 that appears to be locked up and someone started to take the water pumps loose years ago. I have the air cleaner and some other engine brackets that were taken off in the cab. The truck rolls and steers easy and the tires hold air for transport. I believe the transmission is stuck in neutral. It"s missing the radiator cap and crank handle but it has both sizes of original tire irons for front and back. The body and frame is pretty much solid everywhere. There is a crack in the belt line behind the DS door but its not rotted out. The hood has some dents on both sides of the top but is nice otherwise. The windshield frame appears to be solid which is not usually the case. The rockers, cab corners, floors and bottoms of the doors are all solid metal. The wood that was in the floor is rotted and gone. The dash in the truck is complete and has decent original gauges in place. I have the back glass for it the gasket just dried out and let it drop into the cab. TO VIEW 185 PHOTOS OF THE TRUCK GO TO www.1935fordfarmtruck.shutterfly.com and click on the date below recent activity. I wouldn"t mind keeping this truck but I have other projects ahead of it that are more important. It will only be listed once and won"t be any cheaper. There"s a $500 non refundable paypal deposit due within 24 hours of auctions end with full payment in cash or wire transfer due in 7 days. Thanks for looking.
